Poland, Warsaw - Marek Ciunowicz, CEO of Corees Polska Commercial Real Estate has achieved the SIOR office designation awarded by the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS®.
SIOR is a Washington, DC-based international professional organization of more than 3,400 commercial real estate professionals whom have earned the coveted SIOR designation.
To achieve the SIOR designation, Marek Ciunowicz, SIOR completed at least five years of creditable experience in the highly specialized field of office real estate; met stringent education requirements;
and demonstrated professional ability, competency, ethical conduct, and personal integrity.
Individuals who hold the SIOR designation are top producers in the commercial real estate field and are represented in more 42 countries around the world. SIOR enforces a strict code of ethics and required designees to complete its ethics course within their first three years of membership.
Marek Ciunowicz is associated with the Polish commercial real estate market for nearly 30 years.
He gained experience working for and co-creating Polish branches of foreign agencies such as: Colliers International Polska, Knight Frank and BNP Paribas Real Estate. He is the former co-owner and board member of Nuvalu Polska.
During many years of work, he participated in lease transactions of approx. 835 thousand m2 of office space, representing and carrying out processes for companies such as: ABB, Hitachi ABB Power Grids, Konica Minolta, Sygnity, Carlson Wagonlit Travel, NOKIA, BMW, PWC, KPMG, Deloitte, Shell, Amway, Kodak, Capgemini, Accenture, Allen & Overy,, DLA Piper Wiater, Tieto, Nest Bank, Arvato, Dell.
Marek was also awarded the double title of the Business Tiger Pro Progressio (orig. Tygrys Biznesu Pro Progressio) for a significant contribution to the development of the BSS sector in 2017 and 2018.
